If you are one of the deprived ones who are finding it hard to get your partner’s eyes off the television, it doesn’t need to be the end of the world for you. There are a number of things that can be done to get them back on track!
Apply these techniques and see success with getting the TV out of your lives!
1. Start by not complaining about how less time they are devoting towards you, and ignore the problem
2. Cook something really good, a favorite of your partner, and have it somewhere where the TV is not visible
3. Throw some great parties at home, and invite a lot of people over
4. Plan on household chores to be done together, like cleanups, laundry, etc
5. Get something else to do for yourself, to make them feel you are better off doing your own stuff. This will probably make your partner miss you, and hence give up TV
6. Plan a trip or a holiday to get the TV out of your partner’s system by the time you are back home
Never be impatient or lose control. Play it cleverly, and make your partner realize that you are worth much more than the stupid “IDIOT BOX”.
